How will I feel after a session?
1
Many people leave a session feeling lighter, clearer and more positive. At times, emotions may come to the surface or be released, which can be a natural part of the process. You may also feel a little tired afterwards so allowing yourself some time to rest and being gentle with yourself for the remainder of the day. I recommend drinking plenty of water for up to 48 hours after a session.

Is Kinesiology safe for children or older adults?
Everyone’s journey is unique. Some people notice positive changes after just one session, while others may benefit from several sessions to explore deeper or more persistent patterns. Understand that long-lasting issues often have multiple layers and it can take time to gently uncover them. We’ll work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you, allowing your body’s responses and your individual needs to guide the process.

There are many versions of kinesiology in Australia and I speak for the version of a Functional Energetic Kinesiologist. I trained for 3 years to attain an Advanced Diploma of Kinesiology. Achieving my Advanced Diploma means hundreds of hours of advanced specialised units and clinical practice. I continue with ongoing education to ensure I am aligned with the Australian Kinesiology Association (AKA) standards.
