Diamond Kinesiology provides complementary kinesiology and holistic wellbeing services designed to support balance and wellbeing across the physical, mental and emotional aspects of life.
Kinesiology sessions incorporate muscle monitoring, acupoint stimulation, energy balancing and other complementary techniques, depending on individual needs and session goals.
Kinesiology is a complementary practice and does not replace medical care, diagnosis or treatment.

Bookings and Payment
Appointments with Diamond Kinesiology can be arranged through this website, by contacting The Wellness Grove directly or via social media booking links.
Payment arrangements, including when payment is due and the accepted payment methods, will be communicated at the time of booking.
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD), unless otherwise stated.
Any applicable taxes will be reflected in the prices or charges communicated to you.
Please ensure your contact and booking details are accurate when making an appointment.
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Diamond Kinesiology understands that circumstances can change. To allow appointment times to be offered to other clients, the following cancellation policy applies.
Notice period: At least 24 hours' notice is requested to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked session price.
Missed appointments: If you do not attend your appointment and have not provided notice, the full session fee may be charged.
Refunds: If you have paid in advance, refunds will be considered in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer law. Any cancellation fees will be applied only where permitted by law.
If Diamond Kinesiology needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be offered an alternative appointment or an appropriate refund for any service paid for but not provided, as applicable.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Client Responsibilities
To help ensure your session is appropriate for your individual circumstances, you agree to:
Provide accurate and relevant information about your health history, current concerns and wellbeing goals.
Inform your practitioner of relevant medical conditions, pregnancy, injuries, allergies, medications or other circumstances that may affect your session.
Advise your practitioner of any concerns, discomfort or changes in your circumstances before or during a session.
Ask questions if you are unsure about a technique or the nature of a session.
Continue to seek appropriate medical or other professional support when needed.
You are encouraged to discuss any concerns about the suitability of kinesiology with your healthcare professional.
Limitation of Liability
Diamond Kinesiology takes reasonable care in providing its services and aims to offer a respectful, supportive and professional environment.
To the extent permitted by law, Diamond Kinesiology is not responsible for loss or damage arising from the use of its website or reliance on general information provided through the website or during sessions, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
